The letter

Dear Hiring Manager,

Core Developer - Platform at Parity stands at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and open-source collaboration, building tools that shape how developers interact with Polkadot and Web3. What defines this work is not just the technical depth of SDKs and APIs, but the commitment to decentralized systems that operate reliably and transparently. That focus on stable, well-documented interfaces, built and maintained in public, aligns with how I approach engineering: through clarity, ownership, and iterative progress visible to everyone.

At KPIT Technologies, I architected a multi-agent system where AI components negotiated task resolution, with an LLM acting as judge to validate outcomes. The pipeline processed screenshots through computer vision models, segmented components, and returned structured JSON reports, all without human intervention. This wasn’t just automation; it replaced a manual QA bottleneck that previously delayed releases by days. By industrialising it as a REST API, the solution became pluggable into existing workflows, reducing review cycles from hours to seconds. That experience taught me how to design systems that are not only reliable but also composable, secure, and easy to integrate, qualities I see as essential for building developer-facing platforms at Parity.

I am based in Sfax, Tunisia, and have structured my workflow around asynchronous communication, written documentation, and independent problem-solving, habits that fit a remote-first, open-source environment. I’m applying to work fully remotely on Blockchain, Web3, and Polkadot projects because this is where infrastructure needs both precision and long-term stewardship. I want to build tools that other developers rely on, and I’m ready to start now.

Sincerely,
Chedy Chaaben
